Denver Country Club, Colorado
X
An all-women dream team designed and built this one-of-a-kind custom spec property. The home sold in four days at a record-breaking price of $8.35 million in the well-established Denver Country Club neighborhood.
This entertainer's playground exudes a sexy, playful vibe, with integrated indoor and outdoor living, including an alfresco kitchen, hot tub, and fire pit. The open sightlines are balanced by the warmth and intimacy of the living room and master bedroom, which feature bookmatched walnut paneling, a custom buttery Italian leather sofa and headboard fabricated in collaboration with Dever Apolstry, and an ensuite that rivals a 5-star hotel in both luxury materials and experience.
The color palette features bronze and unlacquered brass tones carried throughout the light fixtures, handrails, and picture window frames, enhancing the overall sense of warmth and refinement. Both the Chef's Kitchen and the bar are adorned with stunning, durable Black Cardoso Granite. Von Mod walnut cabinetry conceals extensive functional storage space, including a temperature-controlled wine vault.

Halax designed custom cabinetry for the kitchen and primary bath in the metric system. The cabinetry was built in Finland from 100-year-old pine and refinished in Spain. The Doka-style resembles the Japanese burnt wood technique, shou sugi ban, nodding to the blackened trees that remain from the Cameron fire, which burned a large part of the Poudre Canyon area, forever changing the LOCAL landscape.
A Highlight of the new layout was the addition of more bedrooms and entertaining spaces for family and friends to gather where comfort, connection, and quiet luxury coexist.
