With two kids under the age of four, the Andersons prioritized indoor air quality, no-VOC materials, noise-control, and family-friendly design.

We used X materials and paint to achieve no-VOC. For healthy indoor air, we worked with our partners at Dan’s Heating and Cooling to select an HVAC system that fit the Anderson’s needs — filtering out mold and dust particles with 99.99 efficacy.

The remodel created zones for the family to come together and connect as well as spend time independently. The Andersons are now ready to embrace Colorado-living and call this modern house their home.
